Summer Solstice Stew & Saz Festival ProgramThursday June 21 (Saz Festival in Yodefat):7 pm – Diwan Saz. Ross Daly – a Saz Master from the Isle of Crete will be giving the greatest show in the Galilee. A 15-piece ensemble including several special guests including Itamar Doari, Dvir Cohen, Yithak Refuah and others. This will also feature Ross Daly and Kelly Thoma, masters of the lyra and teachers to many in Israel and around the World.

The FestivalSet in the valley of Dahara near the ancient city of Yodefat in a spot some people call the ‘Masada of the Galilee’ due to its pivotal and iconic place in history in the war against the Romans which ended at Masada,  the Summer Solstice will have a uniquely peaceful atmosphere. Tours of the surrounding area will run throughout the festival.For those who want to stay put, the Summer Solstice will feature musical, spiritual and physical healers, whilst herbal tea and Bedouin coffee will be available throughout. The concept when it comes to hospitality is to recreate something you might expect at a wedding with catering byChef Ruslan, an incredible Kafkazi Chef who will be offering both Kafkazi and Thai meals as well as Shakshuka breakfast with beer, wine, Arak and soft drinks throughout the day and night.
