Israel's Legal Right To Judea and Samaria, San Remo, April 25th, 1920

Take action NOW to encourage PM Netanyahu to "Stand Firm on San Remo" in light of the proposed UN/Hamas/Fatah move for "unilateral Palestinian statehood."

UCI is pleased to introduce you to ECI - The European Coalition for Israel. We are two long-standing pro-Israel organizations and agree that Israeli lawmakers must be emboldened to "STAND FIRM ON SAN REMO" which takes precedence in international law over any UN action. This internationally-accepted legislation provides the borders of Syria, Lebanon, Iraq and Saudi Arabia and is central to the current Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The San Remo legislation is key to any peace settlement regarding the safe and secure borders of Israel.

We are extremely pleased to present the new 15 minute, power-packed documentary, Give Peace a Chance (watch below), by the European Coalition for Israel. This video changes everything. It clarifies that any possible UN resolution will NOT be binding in international law regarding the Israeli borders - especially as it regards Judea and Samaria - the so-called "west bank."

UCI's Esther Levens interviews Tomas Sandell, President of the European Coalition for Israel.

On April 25th, 1920 the Supreme Council of Allied Powers met in San Remo, Italy to decide the future boundaries of the Middle East. Although none of the overall boundaries have been altered since then, many false arguments have arisen in opposition to these firmly established precedents.
The 1920 decision of the Supreme Council of the Principal Allied Powers, Britain, France, Japan, Italy (with the US not present but in full agreement) is legally binding to this day.
In light of the looming unilateral declaration of Palestinian Statehood before the United Nations General Assembly next month in New York, the 1920 San Remo Conference must be fully taken into account. The Palestinian Authority's end-run action at the UN is designed to avoid legal negotiations with the already sovereign State of Israel. San Remo-based International law stands firmly on the side of Israel and against any Palestinian Authority or UN declarations.
